If you have consented to receive text messages from Grove Pharmacy, you may receive messages related to the following:

• Delivery notifications
• Delivery verifications
• Approximate time for deliveries

Example:
“Hello, this is Grove Pharmacy. I just want you to know that your delivery was completed today at 3:30 PM. Please contact us at 626-390-4011 if there were any issues. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time. Reply HELP for help.”

Example:
“Hello, this is Grove Pharmacy. I want to make sure that you were able to receive the delivery yesterday from us. When you need a refill, you can go to https://www.grovepharmacyrx.com/ to make the request. Just click the green ‘Refill RX’ button. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time. Reply HELP for help or call 626-390-4011.”

Example:
“Hello, this is Grove Pharmacy. Giving you an update on the Rx delivery. The driver will be there between 2:00-4:00 PM on (date). If they are running late, we will notify you. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Conditions at https://www.grovepharmacyrx.com/terms-and-conditions.”

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week related to your deliveries. Message frequency may vary depending on the communication.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Grove Pharmacy in the following ways:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. You will no longer receive SMS messaging.
